ROOT (BASE) CHAKRA: Located at the base of the spine. It grounds us in the physical world. Associated with Physcial Vitality, Survival instincts and Grounding. SPLEEN (SACRAL) CHAKRA: Spleen or Sacral Chakra: Located above the genitals, 3-5" below the navel. Associated with our sexual and reproductive capacity, repressed emotions and Creative desire. SOLAR PLEXIS: Located a few inches above the navel. Said to be where the soul resides. Associated with intellect, ambition, personal power and the Seat of Emotions. Gives us a sense of personal power in the world.
